Hey everyone!!

I'm trying to get as ready as possible for when i get my 20" iMac G5.(I'm buying it tomorrow[12-4] but it's a Christmas gift, therefore I can't physically use it until Christmas Day.)There are some amazing applications and widgets out there, so which would you recommend for a first time mac user? Please include links, if possible.

well, good ol' Fetch FTP was FINALLY updated. this has always been a favorite program of mine, particular in regard to its super apple script-ability.

One of my favorite apps is called PodWorks. The application allows you to copy music from any iPod to any Mac. This can be especially helpful when you have more than one Mac and want to transfer songs from one to another (something that iTunes won't let you do). Even if you don't have two Macs, it can be useful if you know someone else with a Mac and/or iPod. For only $8, it is a relatively good bargain for such an amazing application. Check it out....
