FCP 3 not coming so soon

I ordered it on Dec 4, which was the date that FCP3 announced, the estimated time to ship on my first email was 1 day. I received an simailar email yesterday from Apple as well, but they gave me the "next 22 business days" time frame for me. Sounds like a pre-order to me now.
