roxio boom box for ipod comments?

does anyone have any experience with this software:

i would love to get it as i have many albums i would like to put on my ipod (many live concerts boots from early 70s genesis, replacements, peter gabriel, etc.). the podcast option would be nice too, although with itunes coming out with one of their own soon it is probably not critical.



is $50 a fiar price for what is offered. i do not know if i would use a few of the features, but the option of converting long text to audio could have its uses.
