I wish there were some alternates. LimeWire for OS X isn't as slow as it is on OS 9.x but it's still pretty bad.

Napster was king. Easy to use, enormous library, and when you tried to download something IT WORKED! LimeWire is only one of these. Easy to use. And middling at that.

In my experience, Limewire typically has more files than Morpheus/Kazaa/Audiogalaxy. Plus, Limewire doesn't install spyware. Also, did you know that Audiogalaxy started banning certain bands some time ago?

I agree about Morpheus. By FAR the best file/mp3 getting app available. I just wish there was a mac version

It?s software that sends info from your computer back to company that makes the software for marketing purposes. Kaza has it but Morpheus does not.

That's been my experience too. The problem is that LimeWire at times is SOOO slow.
