How did Tiger make Disc Burning complicated???
okay, what the hell? i used to be able to stick in a disc, it makes a blank image. i copy files onto it. either burn immediately or burn on eject. nice. simple.
what the heck is tiger doing??? why do i have to get all these damn burn folders littered everywhere by default afterwards? and i have tried copying my wife's home directory to a cd twice now, and though the get info says its 423 MB, disc burner (or whatever is controllign the burn now), it claims these over 730 MB...
this USED to be a straightforward affair. am i missing some grand wisdom in this change?

i agree. i miss cntrl+click, burn.
Stick in a blank disc, drag files onto it, burn immediately or burn on eject. Nice. Simple. Sound familiar? Still works this way. No burn folders littering the place.
rok, where are you seeing 730MB? If it's in the Burning section of Get Info that's the actual capacity of the blank CD, not the size of the content.
