Screen to go with Ibook

I am looking for a monitor to go with my ibook, it needs to be LCD with a built in TV tuner, budget is £250.
I have been looking at 3 models:

I need to use it as a TV and a Monitor so if you have any suggestions for a good monitor/tv (or if their is a good box i can get which will turn a LCD monitor into a TV (scart is required though))
