360 Degree Image Creator

Does anyone know of any good 360 degree image creators? Basically a good photo-stitching program? Does iPhoto have that capability? I couldnt find any reference to it. Preferably if you know of a program that has a java based finished product so its not just one long image, but a revolving set of images within one frame?

    I don't know of any Java based programs but for stitching I use either Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 or Canon PhotoStitch ( both came with my camera Canon EOS 20D ). But to do what I think you are looking for check out QuickTime VR.



    This is what someone did with QTVR. About 1/2 way down there is a basic tutorial on how to create a Quicktime VR 360 - 180.
