AirPort Express Limitations
Is there any way to play anything other than iTunes sound through the Airport Express (ie: System Sounds, DVD audio etc...)?
Also, can this connect to my current network (Microsoft Hub...yes I know, I'm sorry). Let me explain this a little more: what I want to do eventually is connect one of these in my room, and also be able to connect my pc desktop to the network over a wire connected to the AirPort Express, while essentially using the airport as my soundcard (so that I won't have to connect the PB to the stereo like I have it now)
btw: not really sure if this is the right forum, or if it should be in the GeniusBar...mods, move if you like.

iTunes is the only thing that will play over it (from mac or pc... from any computer on the network that is running itunes, though only one at a time.) There may be a hack somewhere that allows other audio, but I haven't heard of it (or looked for one).
Is the MS Hub an ethernet Hub or router ? ... if so, you should be able to plug the AirportExpress in as a node on that router ... you would then be able to access it from any other wired connection to the router (your desktop) as well as from a wireless computer.
Or, a 802.11g pci card for your desktop sells for less than $29 ... then you could just connect everything through the AirportExpress.
