Patent Infringement?

This morning I was looking over a "back to college" magazine that was basically all ads talking about different products. One image caught my eye:









It even comes in white







Anyways, I remember reading in the news on the front page of Appleinsider that Apple had a patent for this design for the art bezel back? Is this true? Can't seem to find it again for some reason. It looks a whole heck of alot like Apple's old monitor:













The company is called Shuttle, their website is at www.us.shuttle.com

    I think you're stretching it and seeing a copycat where there is none.
