pioneer 109 issues...
hey all,
i was tired of watching the grass grow when i burned dvds on my original g5 dual 2.0 with the 4x superdrive so i just bought the 109 bk from owc. when i look in itunes or in dragon burn (toast equivalent) the drive is listed as having top burn speed as 12x for dvd-r and i see no mention of dual layer support anywhere. am i missing something or is there a way to find out if this drive now is supported at those speeds? i downloaded a firmware flash updater that brought it to 1.55 but still no change. i am running tiger and its latest update. where would i be able to see that DL burning is supported?
