File transfer server/client (for private use)?

I really need a way to exchange files over the internet with a friend of mine who also has OS X.



Hotline is pretty good, but it sort of sucks and it's totally insecure.



KDX is awesome but they make you pay for it nowadays.



This is for legal use, but is still needs to be secure. I don't care how popular it is or isn't, I just need something that works and has encryption.



It'd be a plus if it interfaced with the finder easily.

    Someone here recently raved about fugu but I've never used it personally.

    Actually, I just recently found out yesterday that Fugu, combined with SSH helper (which will turn on SFTP) will suit my needs perfectly
