iTunes 4.9/ Mac OS X Tiger help?

Hi,



I have this very annoying issue where, ever since I installed iTunes 4.9 on my Tiger eMac, I am ALWAYS made to agree to the iTunes License Agreement upon launching iTunes. I am REALLY hoping one of you guys has a suggestion. Apple hasn't been much help.

    Quit iTunes and go into the <your area>/Library/Preferences/ and delete the file: com.apple.itunes.plist (it may be called something similar but i haven't got access to my mac at the moment.
