Samsung DLP question
I'm interested in picking up a Samsung DLP next year & I could use a little help
on the decision. I've narrowed it down to the 50" Samsung HL-R5078W & the
56" Samsung HL-R5668W.
They are both virtually the same. I checked the online pdfs & the 50" has a
custom tabletop design and the brightness is 900. The 56" has a floating screen
& the brightness is 700.
Both display 1080p, 10,000-1 contrast, same connections, etc.
When I did a comparison on Samsung's website I noticed two strange things.
Under, "High Definition Options" the 50" listed "HDMI Input" & the 56" listed
"DNIe?" with a question mark at the end. And under the feature, "Video
Enhancement" the 50" had "DNIe?" while the 56" had "HDMI Input".
Does anyone have any other info about these two that makes one better over
the other. If there is no major difference between them except for the size, I'll
probably pick up the 50" because it's approx. $300 cheaper.
Any pertinent info would be very helpful.
