Problem downloading iTunes

I'm having problem downloading iTunes 4.9 on my Winblows XP machine. It downloads about 206 KB, and just stops. Even after 2 hours it's the same. I've tried turning off my firewalls and stuff, but to no avail. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

    Try clearing your browser's cache and downloading again. Or ask a friend to download the .exe and give it to you on a USB stick. Hell, I'll even e-mail it to you if you want...
