10.2.8 server and 10.4

We have upgraded our server and now are giving our old one (G-4 500 server) to one of our neighbors kids who is going to college this year. It has 2 internal HD's and one external firewire drive. So my question is should we keep 10.2.8 one it or install 10.4 or put both on it? If we put both, would it be better to put 10.4 on the firewire drive or the second internal drive?

    If you're giving it away, why do you care? Are you going to buy a license just to give it away?
