Hey I just wanted to know if there was really much of a difference with the 12" 867ghz and the 1.5ghz...I have a 15", and I would rather have a 12"...This guy wants to trade with me but he has the 867Ghz.

I just wanted to know if I would notice that much of a difference in speed?

Yes, you will notice the speed difference. I notice between my GFs 1 GHz and my 867 (both 12"). The 1.5 GHz processor slows to 750 MHz in the 'lowest' power setting.

    What 15" do you have?

If it is around the 1Ghz as well, you may feel that there isn't enough of a difference and go with it anyway.

I have a 1.33GHz 12inch Powerbook and want a 15 due to my job requiring less travel and more screen needs. Wanna trade?

I have the 1.67Ghz, I don't really need this 15" cuz i'm planning on getting a G5. So I'll only use the 12" for word processing, and traveling.
