Windows question: Killing the menu extensions
I HATE the menu extensions in Windows. You know, those arrows that you have to press to see the rest of the menu options. To their credit, most programs that aren't from MS don't use these things, but at work, using Office is pretty unavoidable.
Does anyone know how to get ride of these things, or perhaps know a better place to look for an answer? MS Help is no help.

In Office:
Tools > Customize? > Options > Menus show recently used commands first
If it occurs in the Start menu as well, turn off "Use Personalized Menus" (it should be somewhere in taskbar properties).
