If you have a Friend who has a mac as well, when He or She is out of the room for a moment......

Quickly take a Screenshot "click on it, hit "view" then select full screen.

when they come back all of a sudden the desktop is idle and nothing works.

"S^&*t!"

"what man?"

nothing works!

"what????"

Oh my god I think OSx Actually Froze up!!!" ROFLMAO.

You should have seen the look on his face when i did that!!!! PRICELess

I`m truly Sorry if you guys think this is a wasted post,But I really think among macheads its a good Modern prank. Nespa?

That's pretty evil, especially if they're not all that computer-savvy. Make sure you only do this to those who truly deserve it, as only the lowest of the low torment innocent people for their own fun. \

What's also fun is to load up the Start folder in a windows computer with about 100 different programs and watch when the person turns it on.

Another good trick is to, when the owner isn't watching his mac for a few seconds, is to hit command + alt + control + 8, then go... "I don't know what happened, but I think your screen lost its color or something"...

Of course, hitting the same command again will change it back when the situatiion escallates into "You broke my computer you f***ing m**on"

I think a reboot script as a login item is by far the most tormenting infliction for the "hold down Shift" disabled.

my friend and I used to go to computer stores and add a "shutdown" shortcut into the "Start up" folder of Windows computers. (circa 7 years ago)

I forgot what it was... but was really simple to do. Renamed it something like "AntiVirus Check" then left.

We shutdown a few and kept wandering the store and waited for clerks to turn them on... only to shut down ... it got old after the 5th time the clerk tried to figure out WTF was going on...

    Juvenile? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely

Here is the infamous mirror trick in Windows (works in MacOS as well).

    1. Make a screenshot of the current desktop

    2. Save it

    3. Use it as background picture for your desktop

Now when some-one moves an icon, it looks as if you cloned the icon.

In fact, one icon is part of the screenshot and the other one is a real icon.

    Confuses a lot of people!
