'Globe' symbol appears on startup?

Hey guys - I'm getting this globe symbol appearing as soon as I switch on my iMac G5 running under os 10.3.5.......any ideas what this might be?
All thoughts appreciated..

Your machine is trying to NetBoot.
Hold Option (Alt) when it starts up and choose your startup drive.
Then ensure the correct drive is highlighted in System Preferences > Startup Disk.
