I was reading this:

and I was wondering if there was still anyway to get that Tetris game on my iPod?

I'm fairly certain it's a hoax, done by creating jpegs of a tetris game and viewing a slideshow.

At first I thought it looked like the
Tetris game
on
iPodLinux
, but I guess Danosaur is right.
