I have a certain phrase that i use over and over in my work, and i would like to program a key to insert that phrase in Firefox and Word documents, etc. So when ever i hit that key, the phrase will be automatically inserted.

How do i do this in Mac?

thanks for any help.

It's very easy using a program called Quicksilver, which you should get into regardless. With quicksilver, which is a kind of launcher, you can either assign the phrase to a key combo or you can use the shelf built into the program.
