Unreal 2K4 bz2?

I am extremely new to mac and I went to the Unreal site to download the demo of 2K4. I downloaded it and it is a .dmg.bz2 file type. Stuffitexpander gives me an error as well as the built in expander. How do I open this file?

    Make sure you have the latest version of Stuffit. If you do, try downloading from a different server.



    It worked fine for me.

    I looked in the prefs and I noticed that bzip wasn't assigned to Stuffit, though even after assigning it I still get errors.
