Missing Partition

So I have an extra hard drive in my g5 1.6 running 10.3.9 and only two of the three partitions are showing on my desktop. Also I have my iphoto library on this partition and I get an iphoto message saying library not found. I've repaired permissions and rebooted to no avail. When I open disk utility the drive shows, but the name is greyed out. It does however verify and repair its permissions.

edit: was putting in the specs for my old computer!

    Was the 'unavailable' partition created on a mac? Has it every been mounted on a mac?

    Yes, it was created on the mac and I've been using it for at least a year. I just got disk warrior so I'm gonna try that over the weekend.
