Help with iTunes error message.

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
whenever I click to enter the store on iTunes an error message comes up that says "iTunes could not connect to the Music Store. An Unknown error occurred (-3221)."



I looked on apple's site and I couldn't find any help, does anyone know what this means?
