Limited lifespan of nano memory?
Do I recall reading somewhere that flash memory has a limited number of read/write cycles before it dies? Does this have any implications for people who intend to hold on to nanos for a long period of time or even for those who sync them up everyday? Will Apple have to offer a memory replacement service a year from now like they have had to offer a battery replacement service?
Not that this is going to stop me from buying a nano... I seem to be upgrading my iPods within 12 months, so I don't think I will be affected, but I still know people who are using their 1 and 2Gs from years ago.

All the other components will die far sooner, especially the battery, button contacts, scroll wheel, and screen.
