ipod recording (podzilla)
Hello,
I want to record a live concert, and I have the following problem.
I purchased a "Tiny Microphone" (MM-TMM-1) and plugged it into the ipod and recorded at 44.1 kHz. The problem is that the sound recorded is really low! I cranked up my stereo and put the mic right next to the speaker, still very low sound.
I'm considering getting a preamplifier, but I am unsure just how much input (voltage) the ipod can handle. Does any-one know the answer to this, or has a hint to which part is put into the iPod ?
I have a 60GB iPod Photo, and I'm considering getting this preamp:

ANY help would be appreciated!!
