Roxio sucks

I have been having problems burning VDC's with Toast Titanium. Error messages or claims of corrupt files, etc.

I downloaded iVCD and it worked without a hitch.

Roxio doesn't offer refunds and I asked them to at least let me unregister the product so i can sell it and they are giving me problems about that because they don't want it to be resold.

Roxio is a garbage company and I will never use their products again.

iVCD is the way to go and its half the price!

Here's a copy of the Web 'Help' I received from some bozo in India:

I just tried calling the 800 number he gave me and its disconnected! Unbelievable:

WebTicket\t Custmer Service sent me right back here. I did not purchase Toast from this site so I can't get a refund. Fine. Then I want to sell it to someone else, so can you cancel my product registration so the new buyer can register the product with you after they buy it?\t

WebTicket\t iVCD actually worked perfectly in my DVD Player. There was absolutely nothing wrong with those MPG clips. I will contact customer service about the refund.\t

Error = -18774 would mean there is a problem with the source file that you are using. Probably, dropped or damaged frame. Cheap program don't care about it and hence can use such a file. VCD resulting may or maynot play correctly.

If you are not satisfied with the program, please contact our Customer Service for information on refund process.

WebTicket\t I sent a MPG sample to you a few days ago. Were you able to burn it or did you have the same problems I had? I think the only feasible thing to do is to let me unregister the product so i can sell it. It is worthless to me if I can't make a VCD with it.\t
