Sherlock Problems

Hello! I'm in need of assistance regarding an issue in Sherlock: Channels don't appear anymore on my toolbar &/or displays any text... It was fine the first time I used it, but after running software update it went all bannanas on me...



I reinstalled the 10.4.2 combo update, but no with no luck...



Any help..?
