iPod Notes?

Hi, I am not sure if I should post this here or in the iPod discussion forum, so if a moderator wishes to move it I understand.

anyhow, I am using a nano with disk access turned on, works great with almost everything. I want to be able to view text files though. I read the instructions and it KIND of works, but I am wondering if I am missing anything.

Whenever I save a text document to the nano and try to read it FROM the nano using the extras --> notes feature I get a ton of script/code weird stuff, I also get the text file I am trying to read, but every break and space has more code that makes it hard to read.

I am saving as RTF format, which causes a huge header before the real text even starts, Microsoft word format does not work AT ALL, any suggestions?

thanks!

You propably should use plain text files, iPod doesn't understand formatting tags in files, but at same time you loose all formatting in the text
