iPod video help

help me! my iPod is so dead that it can't be hooked up to the computer becuase it can't read what it is. (it was played for 3 days straight[or as long as it could last with a full charge]) any button i push, including the self reset doesn't do anyhting. and cause apple wanted to cut costs, there is no charger other than the comp. what should i do?

    nvm my computer finally got it and my iPod was resetting itself over and over again and now it's stoped, so yay.
