I use mail to pop in to an exchange server and for some reason my password often gets rejected. Sometimes it will work fine for a whole day and others I'll constantly get the your password has been rejected by the server pop up. Any thoughts?
It could be how often you check mail. Some servers only let you check it once within a couple of minutes. If you check it too often, the server rejects the log in and mail will come back with the account and password window. This would be a problem if you have multiple devices (computers, phones and pda's) checking your mail all the time.
