How do you completely wipe an iPod shuffle?

I recently sold my iPod shuffle and now before I ship it I to reset it to exactly how it is from the factory when you buy it new so they can enter their own name into it etc. How do I do that?

    i think you should be able to just do a software restore, and that should clear it.
