Apple has a discussion forum for developers at their discussions site in support.
http://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa?ft=y
But it's pretty weak.
The only other way to ask questions that I know of, without paying $139 per question, is to sign up for the discussion mailing lists http://lists.apple.com
What I mostly do is use Xcode's Help->Documentation to search the Documentation Reference Library for your issue.
Also, http://developer.apple.com has all the documentation.
Now someone test my utility, please. http://forums.appleinsider.com/showt...threadid=59635

even a plain c or c++ sig would probably provide tons of people who could teach you a thing or two.
Cocoa Builder
The MUG Center which is "The Mac User Group Resource Site"
