Sony Music coming to iTMS???

According to this BBC article

Sony music USA is about to settle a dispute about its anti-copy software that may result in its music coming to the iTMS.



If they have to do so in the US, any luck they would do the same in Japan? 8)

    Sony BMG already lists their music in the US store, so I'm not sure what that comment in the article is about...

    What's actaully happening is that people who bought CDs with Sony's DRM will receive free songs on iTMS.

    I thought Sony wasn't in iTMS at all. Is that just Japan and Australia, or have things changed?



    If they are in iTMS in the US but not in other countries, what is their rationale?
