How? I can't seem to see any changes regarding that.

Click on the speakers menu on the bottom right.
An item is listed " Multiple Speakers"
Select yhis item and then in the pop up window check your speakers / other Airport bases. It even plays synchronized through the Mac speakers...
Did I say I'm in heaven ????? 8)

It appeared after updating the base station to the latest firmware (6.2).

Yeah. I forgot to mention that cause I updated my Airport Base last week.
Now I can use my JM Labs Focal iCubs which have a optical input right from my Mac.
