Internet connection acting weird.. please help- very important

I am a student at Marquette University, and they have a wireless setup across campus. I live in the dorms and am using a linksus wireless router and it is working perfectly. when I go home and connect to our wireless router it works perfectly as well.



However, whenever I try to use the universities wireless connection, the airport symbol flashes on and off really fast, and I cannot get a connection because of this. I open internet connect, and the message to what its connected to flashes as well.



Please help, this is very important. The technicians at school do not know how to fix it.
