According to Apple, iLife '06 has a system requirement of at least OS X Panther 10.3.9. Is this true in general, I mean do all UBs run on Panther?
Just as there are PPC apps out there that require 10.4 as it uses 10.4 specific technology, there will be UBs out there that might require 10.4. There is no hard and fast rules, it depends on whether the app uses version specific technologies or not.
