Who has order an intel mac?

Typically, after the days of announcement people start a thread that they've ordered one of the new macs and they're super excited about it. We've only had one person post so far...



Who has ordered one? Ship date? Specs?



I'd like to, but I'll have to save for a few months for the MacBook, and my current rev A iMac G5 is doing just fine.

    What I find interesting are the ship dates posted on Apple's website, 3-4 business days. I went to the local Apple store and the guy there said they wouldn't be getting an intel iMac for a couple weeks. What's up with that? Is Apple trying to clear out the G5 iMacs from the stores?



    I haven't ordered one yet. I want to play with one at the Apple Store first.

    I have read some forum goers already have the new intel imacs. We need to assault them with questions!

    My wife ordered one the day it was announced--will be shipped on Jan 18th



    I ordered one today --to be shipped on Feb 14th



    Both are upgraded iMacs ( not stock)
