Why no change to the Adobe home page or PS product page?

Looks like I'll have my copy by this time next week. If anyone has their copy and has started using it, post your initial impressions! Hopefully it's faster than AI 10 was / is...

    Where did you all buy from? I found the Photoshop 7 Upgrade for $135 at zones.com, + shipping = $142 - a $10 rebate = $132 total.

    Anybody find it cheaper?

Amazon has it for $129 after $20 rebate, but they're holding shipment until the 20th. And delivery with free shipping would probably take a week.

Reviews guys! What do you think of it so far? Also, I was wondering if I should order it direct from Adobe to get the free "Best of Photoshop 7" training CD. Anyone know how long that would take?

Actually my upgrade package comes with the PS 7 training CD.

So far the app is pretty solid, and faster than the betas that I used.

When saving new files the files finally have the 128 pixels preview icons. VERY handy when you are doing a lot of browsing in the desktop.

OH! I just realized that the photoshop icon on the dock has the same "progress bar" function like Toast has. Showing you the progress of everything. It's very f*cking cool

    Leonis:

Does the final version support long file names? This is one area where I was sorely disappointed in the betas I tried. Oh well, I suppose Adobe will be getting my money regardless...
