Upgrading to Tiger

Hi,

I have a 1.2Ghz iBook G4 with 768Mb running OS X Panther 10.3.7

I'm thinking of upgrading to Tiger. Would this slowdown my machine? Am I best off sticking with Panter?

Thanks

No, it won't slow you down.

No need to apologize. Exhortations to use the search are out of line.

Panther was the big speed-up; Tiger is just as fast but with more features.

It looks like we may have the same machine minus ram. My iBook runs faster and better than Panther...
