compatability problems

i just got an imac core duo and it seems things arent as compatable as I thought. i tried getting flip4mac so i watch wma files in quicktime but whenever I downloaded it it would say i must be running at least version 6.X for quicktime and im running 7. is there some kind of other plugin i can use?is this because it thinks this is a PPC or something? also sims 2 doesnt work, along with limewire which i really need for sharing. can anyone recommend a good p2p program for intel macs? thanks

    Flip4mac needs to release a Universal Binary version. It won't run under Rosseta. It should be soon.
