Deck 3.5 - LE vs FULL

I am looking for a reasonable priced multi track audio editing app that's OS X compatible.

I found out Deck 3.5 from Bias is shipping soon. It comes with a full and LE versions

LE costs $99 US

But since I own Peak DV bundled with FCP 3.0 I am eligible to get the Deck 3.5 for $199 US

Well, I am not a heavy audio guy. All I need is something similar to SoundEdit 16. I think LE version should be enough for my need. But the difference of price (in my case) between the Full and LE is only a hundred dollars.

What should I do?????

You say you need something like SoundEdit 16?

Isn't that what Peak is? SE 16 is not a multitrack recorder.

Incidentally, how is Peak on OS X? I know it has a barf-worthy interface, but how is performance? I still haven't found an acceptable 'low-end' audio recording app or editor. All of them (SoundStudio, Amadeus II, SparkME) have fatal flaws, mostly to do with garbling recordings in OS X..

Peak only support one left and one right...that's it.

Deck can support more than this, same as SoundEdit
