ok so what kind of ram does it exactly take? im seeing DDR2 SDRAM 667 MHz...
int DDR2 and SDRAM 2 compeltly different kinds of ram? if you can send me a link to where I can buy some...thanks

No, it is not; it is DDR-2 SDRAM.
You probably mean
DDR SDRAM

Make sure to get an SO-DIMM. They are more expensive; but regular DIMM won't fit.

?127,50 including taxes for a 1GB SO-DIMM 1024 MB DDR2-667 module isn't a lot cheaper than Apple?

I don't know about prices in the U.K. but I just bought an iMac and it cost me $300 to get 2 Gb of RAM, and Crucial here in the U.S. is charging $134 or so for 1 Gb--it is a $16 difference, but I don't think that's significant.

No, it is not; it is DDR-2 SDRAM.
You probably mean DDR SDRAM vs. SDR SDRAM.
