Windows Equivalent to SOHO Notes/Devonthink/MacJournal/Stickybrain/Mori/Yojimbo?

I have a friend who is completely obsessed with SOHO Notes after seeing how I use it. The trouble is that she's on Windows and has no intention of switching. Does anyone know if there's an equivalent to this kind of software on Windows?



She's seen MS OneNote, but it doesn't seem to be quite what we're looking for.
