G5 Dual Core and home cinema projector
I am hoping to connect my Powermac G5 to my Sanyo PLV-Z3 projector using the second DVI on my graphics card. I will use the system to play movies and games on the big screen
I have a 30" ACD, which supports higher resolutions to my projector (1080 max on the Z3), so I intend to use Extended Desktop.
2 questions:
1: My projector has a HDMI socket which is digital, so the quality will be good - cables are available with DVI on one end and HDMI on the other - will they work with my Mac?
2: Can the DVD Player or Quicktime be set to play on the second monitor by default?
