Palm HotSync Manager and 10.4 with Entourage

Is anyone using HotSync Manager with OS X 10.4 to sync their Entourage to a palm device? Someone had told me that HotSync Manager was not supported with Tiger and I wanted to verify. If so, any recommendations on what you have used to successfully update your Palm device - I'm currently using a Samsung I300 Palm cell phone. Thanks......
