Read this article. At a popular cafe in San Francisco's Mission District, 22 cafe goers had a mac, 7 had a PC.

    Surely this has more to do with what types of people, users of the platforms are. Mac folk are much more likely to take their laptop out to these kind of places.



    About a year or two ago, this kind of thing was observed in an article for a magazine over here. Then the whole built in wireless thing was just taking off, yet most Macs had it built in or an easy option to add it, PCs didn't.

    Oh come on, it's San Francisco for God's sake. Of COURSE they all have Macs, that's the capital of Liberal Land. Not to mention very close to Apple HQ.



    Try the same survey in, say, Redmond, and see what happens.

    Yeah, this is probably a reflection of the naive art community rather than the actual market saturation with smart, informed people.
