A new HD for my iBook

I need a new HD for my iBook (G4, 800 mhz)



Two questions:



1) Can I use all new 2.5 inch models (ATA-100)?



2) Will I be able to notice the speed difference in everyday use going 7200 rpm instead of 5400?

    2: I think you will, especially when copying files, editing movies, etc.
