Final Cut Pro 3: Tutorial

I'm looking for a good FCP3 intro tutorial and saw this on Wired's Webmonkey.

Does anyone know of a CD-ROM based tutorial. The online tutorial is great FCP intro but I now want to get FCP and get my hands dirty.

    there is a companion program that is sold that uses pop-up ballons and a reference guide while your are actually running FCP.



    go to 2-pop.com and ask someone what the name is.



    also, there is a company vtco.com that makes video tutorials which you can purchase or subscribe to their service, excellent quality but i think only up to fcp2.
