installing ram on a powerbook (...macbook)
I just ordered a macbook pro and am looking forward to it arriving in... 3-4 weeks
I think that I'll survive. Anyway, I ordered the 1.83 model w/ 1 gig of RAM, but am looking to expand it once the unit arrives. Basically I was wondering how hard/ dangerous it would be for me to install another so-dimm(sp?) 1gb stick into the macbook, or if my nearest apple store will do it for me, even if I don't buy the stick directly from them. Thanks.
